Doug, You rock!

I'm loving reading about your adventure. When the spot was on, I was checking it through out the day. Years ago we Pro-Rally raced up in some of the areas you were in. I kept saying "I know where he is!!!"

You're awesome!

Hi: I came across this just doing a google search. I was cracking up reading it cause your day sounds just like mine. I went tumbling down the same hill, and managed to swamp my bike in one of the water crossings. Nothing like having to take your bike apart in the middle of the trail to get it running again. I even managed to go down hard on one of those logs laying sideways across the trail. (OK sticks but it was very slippery) and bend my handguards all up. This mind you was only about 100 feet into the start. I was a long hot day, and at times thought I was doing any enduro and not a turkey run. The next day it seemed like I was in 7 car crashes, but as you say all worth it. I am already looking foward to next year.
